Her classes are clear-cued and thoughtfully sequenced so every student—new or seasoned—can find challenge without strain. Expect smooth, breath-led flows, plenty of options for every body, and an unhurried cool-down to reset your nervous system.

Christina discovered her love for yoga in 2005, starting with video classes at home before finding her way to The Hot Yoga Spot in Clifton Park, NY, where she completed both her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher trainings. Her approach is “strong yet kind”: build heat with purpose, move with precision, and leave feeling steady, spacious, and clear.

Come as you are; first-timers are welcome. Christina offers Power, Heated, and all-levels Vinyasa formats, with thoughtful modifications and a calm, encouraging vibe.
