Hatha

If Vinyasa is a sprint and Restorative is Savasana's cousin, Hatha is the "just right" middle ground. It's classic yoga for the modern, and likely stiff, human. Hatha focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques to bring some peace to your hectic week. No frantic transitions here—just solid poses, deep breaths, and a guaranteed mood boost.
Description: Advanced
Think of Vinyasa as parkour for the soul. It's a high energy class blending strength and flexibility with enough Chaturangas to make your triceps want to file a formal complaint. It’s perfect for the person who wants to get their heart rate up while simultaneously trying to find their Zen. This class is designed to bring your inner warrior out and where working your Asana off is a top tier skill.

Who doesn't need a little extra self love? Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing yoga that holds poses for 3-5 minutes and emphasizes stillness. We use props like blankets and bolsters to support the body in various poses. It's a yoga practice where we encourage you to do as little as possible. In fact, our teacher works harder than you will.

This class is all about finding your flow. We'll start with a slow warm-up to iron out the day's kinks and maybe a few bad decisions. Then, we'll dive into flows that build strength and endurance, so you can channel your inner warrior. Finally, we'll wrap up with a restorative wind-down, focusing on mindful breathing and deepening flexibility. Because who doesn't deserve a little surrender after all that hard work?
Strengthen & Restore

This class is all about embracing the day, or at least attempting to. We’ll focus on mindful movement to help you shake off the brain fog and coax the body out of it's sleepy state. Expect to feel a little uneven at first, but by the end, you'll feel so refreshed you might just decide that waking up early isn't so bad after all.
Sunrise Flow Yoga
Description: Men Only.
Are you a man's man but secretly want to do yoga? Then Bro-ga is for you. We offer zero fluff and focus on maximizing your mobility. Our studio is conveniently located next to Murrell Construction. Using their cover, no one will know you are in a yoga class. Here, flexibility is not required but boxer briefs are.
This is a men's only class, sorry ladies.
Broga
Description: All Levels.
No flow, just release. Using breath as your secret weapon, we'll work on longer holds that will boost your body's mobility and start to melt away stress. We'll heat the room to soothe tired muscles and calm
the mind. You'll walk out feeling so calm and relaxed that you'll want to continue Savasana in the parking
lot. But we kindly ask that you don't, though.

This soothing candlelit class is a sophisticated way to ease the tension that's making your shoulders touch your ears. We combined Yin and Restorative with hands on assist to restore your balance and quiet the mind so you don't call in sick before the week even starts. You're welcome.

This early morning vinyasa practice will build strength and awaken the body faster than a double espresso, leaving you to feel centered and ready for the day. Don't confuse this class with ballet. This is a full body strengthening, lengthening, toning and calorie burning class using light weights. Combining all into a simple, yet deceivingly challenging class. You'll leave feeling taller, stronger, and with a newfound appreciation for the power of small movements. Prepare to walk out of class with shaky legs and a sense of accomplishment, because we just put your muscles through a workout they'll never forget.

Does your core need a pep talk? If so, Mat Pilates is here to save the day, one subtle-but-brutal movement at a time. This class is all about building a strong, stable foundation, which is a fancy way of saying we're going to teach your abs to stop slacking off. You'll leave feeling taller, stronger, and probably a little wobbly but in a good way.

This is a mixed barbell, dumbbell and body weight strength training class. You can make this class as challenging as you like depending on the weights you choose. We focus on good form, good fun and a good resting gym face.
Body Bar

Lace up your tennis shoes and join our Cardio L.I.T.E (low impact timed exercise) class. We can prove
you don't need to defy gravity to get a great workout. Just sweat, smile, and scorch calories, we'll take
care of the rest.
Cardio L.I.T.E
Description: All Levels.
Think of Qigong as the wise, chill grandparent of Tai Chi. While Tai Chi eventually went to "martial arts summer camp" to learn how to defend itself, Qigong stayed home to focus on the vibes and the healing.
It’s an ancient Chinese healing modality that uses gentle, flowing movements. You coordinate these "slow-motion dance moves" with your breath to shuffle Qi (energy) through your body’s Meridian system.
